Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems.
- Install and configure new hardware and software.
- Maintain computer systems and networks including updates and backups.
- Set up user accounts and permissions.
- Train users on new technologies or software as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and troubleshooting steps taken.
