Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.

• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software and hardware.
