Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lahore As a Computer Support Specialist you will provide technical support to our clients and ensure the smooth operation of their computer systems The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software as well as excellent troubleshooting skills

Key Responsibilities

• Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware
• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems with desktops laptops peripherals and other devices
• Installing configuring and maintaining computer systems for optimal performance
• Setting up new user accounts and profiles
• Maintaining inventory of all equipment and software licenses
• Troubleshooting network connectivity issues
• Collaborating with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems
• Communicating effectively with clients to understand their issues and provide timely solutions

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems hardware installation troubleshooting and maintenance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCPIP DNS DHCP is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
