Job summary

ATMOCE MEA is seeking a results-driven Account Manager / Sales Manager to accelerate sales growth in Pakistan and nurture distributor relationships across the MEA region. You will expand our partner network, close key accounts, and implement the country sales strategy in line with regional targets.

You will develop the local market, onboard distributors, manage a multi-million-dollar pipeline, and collaborate with service teams to deliver outstanding post‑sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of solar/renewable sales experience in Pakistan.
• Strong distributor contacts in Pakistan.
• Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar deals.
• Fluency in English; Urdu or regional languages desirable.
• Willingness to travel within Pakistan and to MEA region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for Pakistan, focusing on distributor acquisition and management.
• Identify, onboard, and develop relationships with local solar distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets in alignment with regional plans.
• Conduct regular business reviews with distributors, provide market insights and pricing guidance.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure technical support and after-sales service.
• Gather market intelligence to refine go-to-market approach.
• Maintain CRM records and provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and partner events in Pakistan and MEA.
