Job summary

BAT in Vehari, Pakistan is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive market growth across the territory. You will ensure strong implementation of fundamentals and maximize brand availability at key outlets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Sales & Distribution, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI. You will mentor DR teams and collaborate with internal partners to deliver targets and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales & Distribution.
• Business graduate with understanding of analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory sales operations in line with company strategy across the geography.
• Drive brand performance by ensuring availability and visibility at outlets.
• Maintain RTM hygiene and effective coverage across outlets.
• Identify clusters to accelerate growth in FMC and NC.
• Apply analytical skills to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align priorities.
• Coach and develop 3P resources to achieve targets.
