Job summary

Fuze Finance in Karachi seeks a commercial builder to own go-to-market strategy for Pakistan fintech and banking partners. You will create pipeline, originate and close high-value B2B partnerships, and lead a small Pakistan commercial team over time.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in fintech, payments, FX, remittance, or financial infrastructure.
Proven track record of selling B2B or enterprise financial products (not retail).
Strong network within Pakistan's fintech and payments ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Own the market in Pakistan across payments, stablecoin, crypto, FX and infrastructure.
Origin, negotiation and closing of high-value B2B partnerships and enterprise accounts.
Develop relationships with senior decision makers (CEOs, COOs, Heads of Product, Treasury, Payments, Partnerships).
Handover to onboarding and ensure go-live with compliance and operations.
Expand client relationships across the Fuze platform and roadmap.
Engage in technical conversations on payments, FX, stablecoins and on-/off-ramps.
Forecast, report pipeline, and represent Fuze at industry events.
