Job summary

Mohtaram is seeking an Outlet Manager for its Cut & Sew by Mohtaram outlet in Islamabad. You will own the client experience, oversee end-to-end sales orders, and manage the tailoring production schedule to ensure on-time delivery.

You will lead the outlet team, drive sales and P&L targets, and maintain CRM records while coordinating with production, procurement, and dispatch. Fluency in Urdu and English is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retail or tailoring operations with team leadership.
• Track record of meeting sales targets.
• Understanding of made-to-measure tailoring and garment quality.

You will run our Cut & Sew by Mohtaram outlet in Islamabad day to day — the client experience, every order from first enquiry to delivery, quality, the team, and the outlet's profit and loss.

What you will do
