Job summary

Mohtaram is seeking an Outlet Manager for its Cut & Sew by Mohtaram outlet in Islamabad. You will own the client experience, oversee end-to-end sales orders, and manage the tailoring production schedule to ensure on-time delivery.

You will lead the outlet team, drive sales and P&L targets, and maintain CRM records while coordinating with production, procurement, and dispatch. Fluency in Urdu and English is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retail or tailoring operations with team leadership.
• Track record of meeting sales targets.
• Understanding of made-to-measure tailoring and garment quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead client experience: welcome, advise, and resolve concerns quickly and gracefully.
• Own every sales order end to end, coordinating with production, procurement and dispatch for on-time delivery.
• Run pre-delivery quality checks and manage the tailoring production schedule.
• Deliver outlet's sales and P&L targets, including B2B and corporate orders.
• Keep customer and sales records in our CRM complete and accurate, and follow up every lead.
• Manage stock, visual merchandising and regular outlet audits.
• Lead, train and motivate the outlet team.
