Job summary

Mohtaram is seeking a Client Advisor in Islamabad to warmly welcome clients, guide them through ready-to-wear and bespoke options, and manage measurements from first visit to final fitting.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in premium retail, a passion for menswear, and excellent Urdu-English communication. The role requires professionalism, high pace, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail, hospitality or client service — premium or luxury preferred.
• Excellent communication in Urdu and English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in and appointment clients, and offer personal styling advice.
• Guide clients through ready-to-wear, Made to Order, Made to Measure and Bespoke, and across categories.
• Take measurements and style selections accurately on our order sheets.
• Record every lead and appointment in our CRM, and follow up after each visit.
• Keep the store immaculate, and support stock counts and visual merchandising.
• Work with the Atelier on fittings, alterations and delivery dates.

Every Mohtaram client expects personal, hands-on service and a considered eye. As a Client Advisor you will welcome clients, guide them through ready-to-wear and the Atelier, take their measurements, and look after them from the first visit to the final fitting.

What you will bring

• 1–3 years in retail, hospitality or client service — premium or luxury preferred
• A real interest in menswear, fabrics and tailoring
• Warm and polished — a people's person
• Excellent communication in Urdu and English
• Comfortable with a fast pace, including weekends and peak seasons such as Eid and weddings
