Mohtaram is seeking a Master Tailor to lead bespoke and made-to-measure garment production. You will draft, cut, supervise the making of suits and traditional wear, and pass craftsmanship to junior tailors.

Responsibilities include pattern drafting, fittings, and refining house blocks, with a focus on high-quality hand workmanship and precise alterations based on client measurements and feedback.

Formación

• 10+ years of tailoring experience, including coat-making and pattern drafting.
• Mastery of both western tailoring and traditional wear.
• Exacting eye for fit and finish, pride in hand work.
• Able to read measurement sheets and follow written job cards.
• Reliable, punctual and respectful of the team.

• Cut and construct jackets, trousers, waistcoats, sherwanis, kurtas and shalwar kameez to house standards.
• Conduct fittings, and turn client feedback into precise alterations.
• Guide and train junior tailors and the cutting team.
• Sign off each stage on the job card, and work with quality control to fix issues at source.
• Help build and refine our house blocks and made-to-measure patterns.

Our Atelier makes suits, jackets, shirts, trousers and traditional wear to each client's measurements. As Master Tailor you will draft, cut and lead the making of our bespoke and made-to-measure garments — and pass your craft on to the next generation of tailors.
