Job summary

Outfitters, part of Retail Outfitters' Central II region, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Mall of Multan store. You will oversee daily store operations, inventory, security, maintenance, and ensure adherence to brand and visual standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail management experience, a Bachelor's or Master's in Business or Fashion Merchandising, and strong leadership, analytical, and customer service skills to drive sales and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, security, maintenance, and compliance with brand and visual merchandising standards

• Track KPIs, analyze stock and product performance, and implement corrective actions to hit targets
• Manage budgets, workforce scheduling, and process improvements to optimize store productivity and costs
• Coach and develop store teams, manage performance, and build a high-performance customer service culture
