Job summary

Daraz is hiring an Outbound Team Lead at our Raiwind warehouse to oversee order picking, packing, sorting, quality checks and loading of outbound shipments.

You will manage daily tasks, shifts, staffing, and provide coaching to improve speed and accuracy while ensuring safety and SOP compliance.

Cross-functional coordination with Inbound, Inventory, Transportation, and Customer Service will help clear bottlenecks and meet peak-season demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years hands-on warehouse/e-commerce experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Willingness to rotate shifts including day/night/weekends and peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order picking, packing, sorting, quality checking, staging, and final loading of outbound shipments.
• Assign daily tasks, manage break schedules, monitor labor allocation, and adjust staffing based on real-time order volume.
• Train new hires, conduct daily huddles, provide regular feedback on speed and accuracy, and handle initial performance issues.
• Investigate shipping mistakes, missing inventory, or damaged goods, and act as the main escalation point for floor exceptions.
• Enforce warehouse safety rules, SOPs, and equipment checklists (pallet jacks/forklifts).
• Communicate with Inbound, Inventory Control, Transportation, and Customer Service to clear bottlenecks.

• Cross-Department Coordination: Communicate with Inbound, Inventory Control, Transportation, and Customer Service teams to clear bottlenecks.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse, e-commerce, or distribution center environment, including previous supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including day, night, or weekend operations, and extended hours during peak/high-volume seasons.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and scanning equipment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking metrics and reporting.
