Alibaba Group's Daraz Mart Warehouse in Raiwind, near Lahore, seeks an Outbound Team Lead to supervise order picking, packing and outbound loading, and to optimize throughput.

You will manage daily task assignments, monitor staffing by volume, coach new hires, enforce safety SOPs, and coordinate with inbound, inventory, transportation and customer service teams to clear bottlenecks.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (day/night/weekends).
• Proficient with WMS and scanning equipment.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.

We are looking for an Outbound Team Lead for our Daraz Mart Warehouse in Raiwind.

• Operations Oversight: Oversee order picking, packing, sorting, quality checking, staging, and final loading of outbound shipments
• Team Management: Assign daily tasks, manage break schedules, monitor labor allocation, and adjust staffing based on real-time order volume
• Performance & Coaching: Train new hires, conduct daily huddles, provide regular feedback on speed and accuracy, and handle initial performance issues
• Quality & Error Resolution: Investigate shipping mistakes, missing inventory, or damaged goods, and act as the main escalation point for floor exceptions
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce warehouse safety rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and equipment checklists (such as pallet jacks or forklifts)
• Cross-Department Coordination: Communicate with Inbound, Inventory Control, Transportation, and Customer Service teams to clear bottlenecks

Position Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse, e-commerce, or distribution center environment, including previous supervisory or team lead responsibilities
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including day, night, or weekend operations, and extended hours during peak/high-volume seasons
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and scanning equipment
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking metrics and reporting
