We are looking for an ambitious, result-oriented Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our fast-growing sales team. In this role, you will be the initial touchpoint for potential international clients, driving prospect engagement, qualifying leads, and booking qualified sales discovery meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach: Initiate high-volume outbound phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn touchpoints to decision-makers and prospective B2B clients.
• Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients against core target criteria to ensure high-intent lead routing.
• Appointment Setting: Book verified, high-converting discovery calls and sales meetings for our senior Account Executives.
• Multi-Tiered Sales Earnings: Actively build and manage lead pipelines to maximize commissions earned at every stage of the funnel.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Accurately update customer records, log call outcomes, and manage lead statuses in our CRM system.
• Seamless Handoffs: Coordinate with the senior sales team to ensure smooth, high-quality transitions for all scheduled meetings.
• Performance Targets: Consistently hit and exceed daily activity metrics and weekly target quotas.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language Proficiency:Must be fluent in English with near-native pronunciation, excellent active listening skills, and professional phone etiquette.
• Sales Experience: Prior experience in outbound cold calling, appointment setting, B2B lead generation, or telemarketing (US, UK, or Australian campaign experience preferred).
• Objection Handling: Strong rapport-building abilities with proven skills in overcoming objections and engaging decision-makers.
• Sales Tech Stack: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and outbound dialers.
