The successful candidate will communicate confidently with prospects, understand their business needs, and represent Teamique with energy and professionalism. This role is suited to someone who is target-driven, resilient, organized, and motivated by continuous learning in a collaborative, results-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients using provided lists and campaign information.
• Introduce Teamique’s services clearly and identify potential business needs or operational challenges.
• Ask relevant discovery questions, handle initial objections, and qualify prospects against agreed criteria.
• Accurately record outcomes, prospect information, follow-ups, and qualified opportunities in the company’s tracking system.
• Schedule appropriate follow-up conversations or meetings for the sales team.

Job Specification

• Clear, confident, and professional verbal communication in English; additional local-language ability is beneficial.
• Strong active listening and questioning skills, with the ability to identify business needs during short conversations.
• Comfort making frequent outbound calls and responding constructively to rejection or objections.
• Persuasive conversation skills focused on qualification and value communication rather than aggressive selling.
