TCP Software in Lahore, Pakistan is hiring a results-driven outbound Business Development Representative to join a growing team and generate new pipeline. You'll be the first point of contact with target accounts, building professional relationships and driving new business for TCP.

As an outbound BDR, you will contact prospects daily via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify opportunities using BANT, educate prospects about TCP's products, and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives in

• Qualify prospects using BANT to gauge readiness.
• Schedule discovery calls or meetings for sales reps.
• Hand off qualified MQLs to Account Executives in Salesforce.
• Research prospective companies to fit ICP.
• Update Salesforce with accurate account details.
