Niazi Solutions in Lahore is seeking an experienced Cold Calling Specialist / Business Development Executive to help grow our UK recruitment business. The role centers on telephone outreach to UK-based business owners, HR professionals, and hiring managers, requiring clear, professional English and confident conversations.

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional telephone manner.
• Strong conversational English suitable for communicating with UK/international decision-makers.
• Confidence making high-volume outbound B2B calls.
• Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to get past gatekeepers and reach decision-makers.
• Target-driven and commercially focused mindset.
• Good organisation and consistent follow-up habits.
• Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn and prospecting tools is advantageous.
