Job summary

Nishat Chunian Limited Head Office in Lahore is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee in-store systems, staff profiles, discounts, access controls, store hours and first-line support for tech and customer issues. You will manage ticketing for timely resolutions and coordinate communications and SOPs to drive improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Retail Management, 4–6 years in retail operations, and hands-on experience with retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Retail Management or a related field.
• 4–6 years’ experience (2–4 years in retail operations) with hands-on experience with retail systems (Odoo, RetailPro or similar).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-store screens, staff profiles, discounts, access controls, store hours and ticketing; be first point of contact for tech, maintenance and customer issues.
• Oversee store communications, SOPs and process documents; coordinate initiatives, events, travel and recognition programmes to drive improvements.
• Support FOH/BOH operations and ensure compliance with brand standards; manage store orders within budget.

• Support FOH/BOH operations and ensure compliance with brand standards and manage store orders within budget

Key Requirements:
