Jaffer Business Systems (JBS) is a leading Pakistan IT company delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and HR digital transformation across multiple countries. The Oracle HCM Lead will drive configuration, integrations, security governance, and contract management for global HR operations.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, regional teams, and Cyber Security to ensure compliant, scalable HR technology and continuous process improvement within an onsite delivery model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/HR or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in HCM/ERP implementation and support.
• At least 5 years hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• 3+ years in lead/managerial role.
• Experience with multi-country HR processes and production releases.

Responsabilités

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Compensation, Performance).
• Develop compensation elements and manage documents of record.
• Own country-specific employment contract templates across UAE, KSA, Qatar, Jordan, and Pakistan.
• Coordinate Oracle HCM integrations with external systems and ATS/payroll.
• Plan and coordinate releases across test and production environments; oversee UAT.
• Manage user access, roles, and security governance with Cyber Security.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive HR process automation and contribute to ERP roadmap.
