Job summary

Systems Ltd is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to lead HR and payroll process implementations and configurations. You will collaborate with business and technical teams on data migration and system integrations, ensuring successful go-lives across Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll and Benefits.

The role requires 6–8 years of Fusion HCM experience, MBA/MPA/CS, and strong stakeholder management. GCC payroll experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience required.
• MBA (HRMS), MPA, or CS graduate required.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Expert knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Good understanding of HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• Strong knowledge of FBDI, data migration, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• GCC payroll experience (UAE, KSA, Qatar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations from requirements through go-live.
• Configure and support Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR requirements and provide Fusion solutions.
• Coordinate HDL, FBDI, data migration, and OIC integrations with technical teams.
• Support testing, UAT, issue resolution, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare functional documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
