Job summary

Jaffer Business Systems (JBS) in Pakistan is seeking an Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our onsite team. You will provide production support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 SCM, focusing on Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management.

You will analyze issues, document functional solutions, and collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure SLA‑driven resolutions and successful Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SCM/Business Administration/Accounting.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
• Proven hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of P2P and O2C business processes.
• Experience in production support / AMS environments.
• Oracle accounting flows knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 SCM applications.
• Support Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management modules.
• Troubleshoot functional, transactional, and application issues.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to procurement, inventory, and order processing.
• Prepare functional specifications for technical teams.
• Coordinate with Finance, SCM, and cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
