Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to support end-to-end HR and payroll implementations from requirements through go-live. You will configure Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits, and collaborate on HDL, FBDI, data migration and OIC integrations.

The role requires 6–8 years of Fusion HCM experience, MBA/MPA/CS background, and completion of 2 end-to-end implementations; GCC payroll experience is a plus. On-site in Karachi.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• MBA (HRMS), MPA, or CS graduate.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Expert knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
• GCC payroll experience (UAE, KSA, Qatar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations from requirements through go-live.
• Configure and support Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Collaborate on HDL, FBDI, data migration and OIC integrations.
• Support testing, UAT, and post-go-live activities.
