Job summary

HR POD Careers in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an Operations Procurement Associate to source bicycle spare parts and related materials for repair and operations. You will coordinate with vendors, compare quotes, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining procurement records.

The role requires 1+ year of experience, strong negotiation and organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel. This on-site position supports daily procurement and administrative tasks to keep operations running

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in operations, procurement, administration, supply chain, or a similar role.
• Experience or understanding of parts sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to identify and source required spare parts, tools, accessories, and operational supplies from suitable vendors.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional vendor relationships.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple operational requirements simultaneously.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, record keeping, purchase tracking, and administrative documentation.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Source bicycle spare parts, components, accessories, tools, and other materials required for repair and operational activities.
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing, required quality, and timely availability of parts.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and coordinate purchase orders and deliveries.
• Maintain vendor records, procurement details, purchase history, pricing, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with repair and operations teams to understand parts requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor availability of frequently required parts and support inventory replenishment to minimize operational delays.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, including documentation, record keeping, scheduling, and coordination.
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams on pending requirements, deliveries, payments, and operational matters to ensure smooth business operations.
