Job summary

Servis Group is seeking a capable HR Operations professional for our warehouse in Lahore. You will manage employee records, attendance, onboarding, and settlements, while coordinating with the warehouse team on manpower needs and compliance. This role requires 1–3 years of HR/Ops experience in a warehouse or similar environment.

Based in Manga Mandi, Lahore, the position focuses on warehouse HR operations, administration, and HSE support to ensure smooth daily activities.

Qualifications

• BBA / Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HSE & Administration.
• Experience in a warehouse or operational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations for the warehouse, including employee records, attendance, onboarding, and final settlements.
• Coordinate with warehouse team on manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
• Manage warehouse administration, documentation, and day-to-day operational coordination.
• Assist in ensuring HSE compliance and administrative support within the warehouse.
