Murkez Technologies is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to support its automotive business. The role collaborates with Sales and Operations to ensure accurate customer orders and effective management of payments, delivery, and scheduling.

Key responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring payments, and tracking delivery timelines. The candidate should have 2–3 years in procurement and strong Excel skills, preferably with automotive exposure.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, order management, or related operations.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Experience coordinating orders, suppliers, deliveries, payments, or similar end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales team in placing and processing customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure orders and deliveries progress on schedule.
• Monitor payment status to ensure timely payments.
• Track order fulfillment and delivery schedules from placement to final delivery.
• Maintain records of order status, payment status, delivery dates, and locations.
• Provide regular updates on order progress, delivery dates, and locations.
• Identify potential delays or issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Follow up on outstanding actions to meet commitments and timelines.
• Maintain procurement and order-related documentation.
• Assist with reporting and tracking activities related to orders, payments, deliveries, and outstanding items.
• Perform other procurement and operational coordination tasks as required.

• Coordinate with relevant internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure orders and deliveries progress smoothly according to required schedules.
• Monitor payment status and requirements to ensure payments are completed in line with agreed timelines.
• Track order fulfillment and delivery schedules from order placement through final delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of order status, payment status, delivery dates, and delivery locations.
• Provide regular, timely updates to the Sales and Operations teams on order progress, expected delivery dates, and delivery locations.
• Proactively identify potential delays, discrepancies, or issues, and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve them.
• Follow up consistently on outstanding actions to ensure commitments and timelines are met.
• Maintain organized procurement and order-related documentation and records.
• Support reporting and tracking activities related to orders, payments, deliveries, and outstanding items.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, order management, supply chain, or a related operational role; automotive-industry experience a plus.
• Experience coordinating orders, suppliers, deliveries, payments, or similar end-to-end processes.
