• 2–4 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement in manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong vendor sourcing, negotiation, and market knowledge
• Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Handle cash purchase requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Source and develop reliable local vendors for various items.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and achieve cost savings.
• Purchase mechanical, electrical, MS, sheet metal, maintenance, and general items.
• Coordinate with Stores, Maintenance, Engineering, and concerned departments.
• Ensure purchased items meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, purchases, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with approved procurement procedures and company policies.
