Job summary

Zohorecruit in Lahore, Pakistan seeks a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to support its automotive business. The role collaborates with Sales and Operations to ensure accurate order placement, timely payments, and on-time deliveries while maintaining thorough records.

The ideal candidate has a 2-3 year track record in procurement or related operations, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a Monday–Friday shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, order management, supply chain, or related role; automotive-industry experience a plus.
• Experience coordinating orders, suppliers, deliveries, payments, or similar end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in placing and processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure orders and deliveries progress smoothly per the schedule.
• Monitor payment status and ensure payments are completed in line with timelines.
• Track order fulfillment and delivery schedules from order placement through final delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of order status, payment status, delivery dates and locations.
