Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy is seeking an Operations & Liaison Officer to support day-to-day Justice Hub activities, handling administration, procurement, logistics, safety, data and local stakeholder coordination.
The role oversees front-desk operations, procurement documentation and CMS updates, serving as a local liaison with courts, police, government departments and civil society groups. A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ related experience are preferred.
The Operations & Liaison Officer will support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Justice Hub by managing administration, procurement, logistics, safety, facilities, data and local stakeholder coordination. The role will oversee front-desk and client-facing administrative functions, office supplies and equipment, vendor coordination, purchase requests, procurement documentation and CMS updates, while ensuring the Hub remains safe, accessible and well-maintained. The position will also serve as a local focal point for coordination with courts, bar associations, police, government departments and civil society organisations, and will support outreach sessions, events and trainings. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and client-focused, with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities while maintaining confidentiality, compliance and professional standards.
Manage daily Justice Hub administration, reception, scheduling and front-desk operations.
Ensure facilities, equipment, supplies, signage and service areas remain functional and ready for use.
Track consumables and coordinate procurement and office requirements.
Initiate and follow up on Purchase Requests and coordinate with vendors on quotations, delivery and quality.
Maintain procurement trackers, vendor records and supporting documentation in line with organisational, donor and audit requirements.
Monitor fire safety, first aid, access control, CCTV, emergency exits and other security arrangements.
Support safety drills, threat assessments and safeguarding processes, including confidential reporting of concerns.
Ensure accessibility standards are maintained, particularly for persons with disabilities.
Support data collection, CMS/ERP updates and operational record-keeping.
Coordinate with courts, bar associations, police, DC/SSP offices, CSOs and other local stakeholders.
Maintain visit logs, meeting minutes and outreach documentation.
Support the planning and coordination of outreach sessions, events and trainings.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration, operations or NGO/project support.
