Responsibilities

• Manage a department of 50 to 60 people and ensure efficient operations.
• Implement smart execution of department operations within resources, including leave and shift management.
• Enable resources for effective execution as per roles and responsibilities.
• Establish and monitor customer service standards using benchmarks.
• Conduct progress and development meetings with staff.
• Follow up on ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
• Develop a performance-driven team capable of achieving targets.
