Job summary

ChatPandas in Lahore is seeking an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational tasks, workforce management, scheduling, and record-keeping, while coordinating with the Operations Manager and Associate Managers.

You will track project progress, oversee staffing levels, and collaborate across teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

This role is onsite in Gulberg III, Lahore, with an evening shift, five days per week, offering PKR 70,000–80,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations within a BPO or similar environment.
• Strong organizational and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workforce scheduling and evaluate staffing levels for operational efficiency.
