Job summary

Motive is seeking a full-time facilities and workplace operations coordinator in Lahore, Pakistan. This onsite role runs from 6PM to 3AM, five days a week, with no remote option.

You’ll use Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, and PowerPoint to manage data, records, and reporting while coordinating with third-party providers. We require at least one year of relevant experience, strong vendor management, and data-driven record keeping.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in workplace and facilities management.
• Full-time onsite work from 6PM to 3AM, five days a week.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, Google Slides, Google Sheets, PowerPoint.
• Experience working with third-party providers.
• Expertise in data configuration and record keeping.
