Packages Group is seeking a Mall Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day mall activities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for shoppers and retailers. You will conduct floor walks, monitor standards, and coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to resolve issues promptly.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Diploma/certification in Facilities Management, Operations, Health & Safety, or Mall Management is a plus.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment.
• Conduct regular floor walks to monitor operational standards and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards across restrooms and common areas.
• Monitor foot traffic, parking areas, and customer movement to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct daily inspections of assigned retail outlets and ensure compliance with mall policies and procedures.
• Maintain daily brand inspection checklists and ensure timely follow-up of observations.
• Assign and monitor tasks of mall floor staff to ensure effective deployment and operational coverage.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and operational issues, taking appropriate action and escalating where required.
• Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other support teams for timely resolution of operational issues.
• Maintain daily operational records and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager.
