Job summary

Packages Group is seeking a Mall Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day mall activities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for shoppers and retailers. You will conduct floor walks, monitor standards, and coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to resolve issues promptly.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Engineering, or related discipline.
Diploma/certification in Facilities Management, Operations, Health & Safety, or Mall Management is a plus.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment.
Conduct regular floor walks to monitor operational standards and identify areas requiring improvement.
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards across restrooms and common areas.
Monitor foot traffic, parking areas, and customer movement to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct daily inspections of assigned retail outlets and ensure compliance with mall policies and procedures.
Maintain daily brand inspection checklists and ensure timely follow-up of observations.
Assign and monitor tasks of mall floor staff to ensure effective deployment and operational coverage.
Respond to emergencies, incidents, and operational issues, taking appropriate action and escalating where required.
Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other support teams for timely resolution of operational issues.
Maintain daily operational records and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager.
