Job summary

Servis Group in Lahore is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage daily HR operations, final settlements, employee records, attendance, and onboarding.

You will coordinate with departments and retail shops on manpower needs and employee matters, support HR compliance and reporting, and handle administrative processes. Fresh to 1 year of HR Operations experience with a BBA in HR or related field is required; knowledge of HRIS and strong analytical skills are preferred.

• Fresh–1 year of experience in HR Operations (retail)
• BBA or Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
• Knowledge of HRIS and analytical skills
