Job summary

Packages Group is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee daily mall operations, ensuring a safe, clean environment and smooth guest flow. The role requires coordinating with Security, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities include floor walks, inspections, managing checklists, supervising floor staff, handling emergencies, and keeping detailed operational records for the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Diploma/certification in Facilities Management, Operations, Health & Safety, or Mall Management is an added advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
