Movix, a fast-growing US moving company, is hiring a remote Customer Support Specialist from Pakistan to work US hours. You’ll be the voice of the company, guiding moves from the first call to the crew arriving at the door.

You’ll handle calls and texts, book moves, schedule slots, assign crews, and keep all details in our CRM. A reliable home setup and excellent English are essential for success in this role.

About the role

Movix is a fast-growing US moving company, and our operators are the engine behind every move. Working remotely from Pakistan on US hours, you'll be the person customers talk to and the one who makes sure every job runs on time-from the first call to the crew showing up at the door. It's fast-paced, hands-on, and genuinely important work: when you do it well, families have a smooth move and our crews stay busy.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and texts-friendly, clear, and professional.
• Book new moves and schedule them into the right day and time slot.
• Assign and confirm moving crews for each job.
• Keep every job accurate and up to date in our CRM.
• Follow up on details-addresses, timing, special items- so nothing slips.
• Solve day-of problems quickly and calmly (reschedules, delays, last-minute changes).

What we're looking for

• Excellent spoken and written English—you're confident on the phone with US customers.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; you can juggle many jobs at once.
• Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems.
• Comfortable learning and working in software/CRM tools.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently from home.
• Available to work US business hours [e.g. 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM PKT].

Nice to have

• Experience in a call center, sales, dispatch, customer support, or virtual assistant role.
• Background working with US or international clients.
