Movix, a fast-growing US moving company, is hiring a remote Customer Support Specialist from Pakistan to work US hours. You’ll be the voice of the company, guiding moves from the first call to the crew arriving at the door.

You’ll handle calls and texts, book moves, schedule slots, assign crews, and keep all details in our CRM. A reliable home setup and excellent English are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent English speaking and writing for US customers.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure with quick problem solving.
• Comfortable using CRM and web tools.
• Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently from home.
• Available to work US business hours.

Responsibilities
