Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Sea Freight Export Coordinator in Karachi to manage global accounts, coordinate documentation and operations for sea freight exports, and ensure compliance with export procedures. The position requires a graduate with at least 2 years in a similar role and strong communication abilities to liaise with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ocean freight global accounts as a single window for customer correspondence, operations and productivity through timely and accurate documentation.
• Shipment tracking, issuance of invoices and coordination with counterparts.
• Handle documentation and operations of Sea Freight Export.
• Working knowledge of export procedures and statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the standard area operating.
