DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an Ocean Freight Executive to manage day-to-day export shipments and operations, delivering reliable service and efficient logistics support for customers worldwide.

This role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in MS Office. You will develop customer relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, professional responses to inquiries while upholding export documentation standards.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong command on MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships with existing customers
• Coordinate and liaise with key personnel in other functional areas to provide updates & status to customers
• Collaborate with team to jointly develop new or enhance existing procedures relating to service deliverables to maximize customer satisfaction
• Work with team on reviewing and analyzing complaints, handling receivable & Payable
• To ensure that all customer inquiries are responded promptly & professionally
• Well-versed on export Documentation
