Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Karachi is seeking an Ocean Freight Executive to manage day-to-day export shipments and operational activities, ensuring timely updates to customers and smooth handoffs between functions.

You will develop client relationships, coordinate with teams, review complaints and financials, and maintain export documentation, with a minimum of 2–3 years’ experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably in related field from reputable institution.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in related field.
• Strong command on MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships with existing customers
• Coordinate and liaise with key personnel in other functional areas to provide updates & status to customers
• Collaborate with team to jointly develop new or enhance existing procedures relating to service deliverables to maximize customer satisfaction
• Work with team on reviewing and analyzing complaints, handling receivable & Payable.
• To ensure that all customer inquiries are responded promptly & professionally.
• Well-versed on export Documentation
