Blipzmedia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to strengthen its recruitment team at the DHA Phase 4 office in Lahore. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates for various roles. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with standard office hours.

Salary is up to PKR 100,000, and the role is onsite only. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply, with a focus on building a strong talent pipeline and efficient interview coordination.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree completed.

Responsabilités

• Use LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment tools to locate potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview schedules and support hiring managers throughout recruitment.
