Job summary

BD Marketing Solutions PVT LTD. in Lahore is seeking a Recruitment Executive to identify, assess, and hire qualified candidates for our growing BPO team.

The role concentrates on recruitment with limited payroll coordination support, all on-site in Lahore. You will source and screen candidates for call center, customer support, and other BPO roles, assessing English, communication, experience, and fit for US-client work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience; BPO/call center recruitment preferred.
• Strong English communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience independently sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Ability to evaluate candidates against specific hiring criteria.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews, selection, and joining.
• Recruit for call center, customer support, sales, and other BPO positions.
• Assess candidates’ spoken English, communication skills, relevant experience, and suitability for US-client work.
• Confirm candidates’ salary expectations, availability, shift flexibility, and willingness to work on-site before shortlisting.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
• Post vacancies and source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular hiring updates.
• Follow up with selected candidates to support timely joining.
• Assist with basic HR documentation and payroll coordination when required.
