LINRCO Pakistan is seeking a focused Operations Associate for an on-site role in Wah Cantt, Kohistan Enclave. You will manage end-to-end operational processes across industrial and engineering client sectors, ensuring timely handling of requests and payroll related tasks.

Responsibilities include maintaining confidential records, coordinating with recruitment and onboarding, and implementing standard operating procedures to optimize workflows under the guidance of Operations Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fresh to 1 year experience.
• Good writing and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Office & Time Management.
• Knowledge in basic ERP SAP Business One.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end Operations Process for all Industrial (Oil & Gas) and Engineering clients.
• Review, manage and timely process requests, maintaining professionalism.
• Schedule meetings with new clients to standardize processes (Timesheet/Payroll, Invoices, Remittances, salary disbursement).
• Create and maintain secure databases and filing systems with required documents (Client Monitoring sheet, Employee requests, Iqama renewal).
• Identify potential issues and provide administrative support to close them timely.
• Implement SOPs and ensure workflow management per Operations Managers.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Onboarding and other departments to speed up employee requests.
