Job summary

Institute of Professional Excellence and Innovation (IPEI) is seeking a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to handle inquiries, provide program information, and ensure an excellent customer experience onsite in Lahore, Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering/IT background preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
• Minimum 2 years in customer support, sales, or call center.
• Basic CRM and Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and email.
• Provide information about courses, programs, and services.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Maintain customer records in CRM system.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless support.
• Prepare reports on customer interactions and lead status.
