Touchstone Communications PK in Rawalpindi is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, present products and services, and guide customers through the sales process.

This full-time on-site role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to close sales while meeting performance targets; you will maintain records and collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies.

Formación

• Strong communication and active listening to explain products clearly.
• Customer service and sales abilities including persuasion and negotiation.
• Basic computer literacy, CRM tools, and standard office software.

• Previous call center or telesales experience preferred but not required.
