Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, including follow-ups, objection handling, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and next steps in the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues to ensure a smooth handover and positive customer experience after a sale.
• Review sales activity and outcomes, use feedback to improve conversion, and work toward agreed targets.
