Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Sales Representative role based in Rawalpindi. The person in this role will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, present products and services, and guide customers through the sales process. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and following up to close sales while meeting defined performance targets. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, collaborating with teammates and supervisors to improve sales strategies, and adhering to company policies and quality standards. The Customer Sales Representative will contribute to a positive customer experience and support the overall sales goals of Touchstone Communications PK.
