FORTEK Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its after-sales service team by hiring a hands-on Service Technician to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain printers for corporate and public sector clients.

You will handle installation, preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and warranty/RMA processing, forming the backbone of a growing technical service team. The role requires travel across Pakistan to client sites and channel partners, with a focus on reliability and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience repairing/servicing printers or similar office IT hardware.
• Fresh technical diploma holders with strong aptitude may be considered.
• OEM-authorized service training/certification is a strong advantage; company supports certification.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and set up printers at client sites with full functionality.
• Diagnose hardware and mechanical faults and perform repairs per OEM guidelines.
• Carry out on-site and workshop repairs prioritizing SLA and criticality.
• Test repaired units to ensure quality before return to service.
• Maintain service history logs and document activities in ODOO.
