Job summary

DigitalZinc is seeking a customer support specialist to handle product and order inquiries from customers in Karachi. You will assist with placing orders, verifying details, and updating statuses while coordinating with couriers as needed.

The role requires strong English/Urdu communication, fast learning, and a patient, professional demeanor. Morning shifts, on-site in Karachi, with prior e-commerce support experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written English and Urdu; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong WhatsApp and chat communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer product and order queries.
• Help customers place orders and verify order details.
• Follow up on pending or incomplete orders.
• Provide delivery and order-status updates.
• Handle cancellations, returns, exchanges and complaints.
• Coordinate with operations/courier when required.
• Keep customer and order information accurate and updated.
• Escalate unusual or unresolved cases to management.
