leading-edge is seeking a Sales and Customer Support Executive for onsite work in Karachi. The role runs from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am, serving customers and promoting sales while maintaining strong client relationships. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years in sales and customer support are expected, with fluency in English and CRM/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
2+ years in sales and customer support service.
Proven experience in sales and customer support, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
Identify potential sales opportunities and promote products or services.
Maintain knowledge of clients' products and services to address inquiries and promote sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales targets (not essential).
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide accurate updates to customers regarding inquiries, orders, and information.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Continuously update knowledge on products, services, and industry trends.
